Standard Return Policy
Non-personalized items can be returned 30 days from the original purchase date. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please call 1-800-762-1765* to obtain instructions for returning the product. Standard shipping rates will apply unless the order was incorrect or damaged. Damaged Product
If product arrives damaged, we apologize. Return shipping to and from our facility will be free! Please call 1-800-762-1765* so we can help you return and replace the damaged product. We’ll ship your replacement product as soon as possible. Our #1 goal is for you to be satisfied!
Shipping Policy
